This is my last essay on SPIR. I realize I said this once before, but this was before a few things changed … and I found I had to take up what others could not. It is what it is. But now I must move into the parenting I have been training for.

I am not a babysitter. Many parishes—priests and pastors—serve as babysitters. They believe they are fathers, spiritual advisors … doing the Lord’s work … but too often they serve as stumbling blocks. Paul says to put away the things of a child, but often the priests have been taught to stand in the way rather than be of the Way.

But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren.

Religionists have excuses for why they think themselves entitled to deny the truth about the passage in Matthew. We won’t go into these … It’s old rhetoric and has shown the worn sleeves of the male perversion and the systemic enterprises. The Religious and Spiritual abuses have been profound, and have given the pastor and priest a questionable name. We are not about excusing misconduct, and this is really the gist of the babysitter’s role in Religious vocation. The sitter sits; the parents parent. What happens in the sitter’s core is the propensity to overindulge in one place. This also holds true for the ritualistic praise and practices of the priests. Men have power. They need exercising. Where do they go to appease their struggles? Where do the parishioners go to expand their awareness? Do they ever know each other? for when they look across the same row of pews at each other day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year … they see the same side view. It’s called their Religion. The face of the problems—the injustices—are never quite witnessed. The splinters grow broad and the inspirational GIFTS lost as each routinely mumbles the lackluster drink. Do you see the misconduct? The malpractice? Appearing as a mirror of each other even though the priest may think himself higher in the ranks, both may routinely make the same pastoring mistakes over and over, unless one questions the context.

So … what happens when she challenges the priest? I will tell you what happens for I have seen its view:

The student is not above the teacher …

I am not kidding. 😉 I am older than those priests by a long shot, and have seen things they could never imagine in all their wiliness. These men are not my teachers, but may be used in the teaching … hence the part the priest neglected to include … nor a servant above his master (this has much to do with passages in Ephesians—we are getting there). “nor a servant above his master” should the priest be aware in this … is his calling, which … carries the cross in the Advent of his Worth … should he care to reach beyond that side view.

If you understand the Energy and Essence of the Spirituality of Christ, you realize what we are saying on this rock I will build my Church. Our job is not to accept you as a member of any tribe for man’s creeds. Our job is not to stand in for God and judge, deny, crucify or lie … we are not of any ‘credential’ that we can tell anyone where he can or cannot sit, or where he can or cannot sleep. We are servants of the One. We are of the Realm of these Words:

Jesus saith unto him, Rise, take up thy bed, and walk. And when we challenge the priests, we are the ones fetching that robe in the Prodigal’s Son. Didn’t think humans of this kind existed? It is written; why wouldn’t there be one called to adorn the one in his Return? Call yourselves whatever you want: catholic, jew, orthodox, christian … God shows no favoritism. There is a Return.

But Man made it his BUSINESS to play teacher and father in the houses of many. Can you see it? The adolescent plays House Martyr? He goes out binge drinking and finds himself with nothing but the scraps … because he can’t bring it all with him through the straight and narrow … right?

14 And when he had spent everything, a severe famine arose in that country, and he began to be in need. 15 So he went and hired himself out to[a] one of the citizens of that country, who sent him into his fields to feed pigs. 16 And he was longing to be fed with the pods that the pigs ate, and no one gave him anything.

No one gave him anything …

You see why we have shared repeatedly that we are not of Religion? Why we do not adhere to the doctrine of these? Why we are not indoctrinated? We have been in the fields … farmer, athlete … warrior … Did you know that John Klimacus was a grumbler? Yes, he was a grumbler … and I can understand why 🙂

Now is the Time to move—to put away the things of a child—to wean from the nipple, the bottle … to move from the diaper to the cloth of fair and just means. It is time to leave the old skins and take up the Light. But who can do this if he has sworn oaths to the creeds of man, deceiving himself by believing he is the way for the people to find their saving? Saving cannot come if man cannot seek, priests, and they cannot seek if bound by manmade law, and Religion is manmade law. It provides structure but should never exceed love.

Man struggles to see it. He is, as Paul says, blinded. His mind is veiled. Religion is that veil. It serves as his bride—his groom—his partner. Christ calls us out of these beds, not into them. He calls us to walk the way of the wilderness of Damascus. One cannot do this sitting in that ‘accepted’ place of what?

5 Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ;

6 Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart;

7 With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men:

Few understand this passage in Ephesians. Paul is quite clear in this directive. It is not a babysitter’s club. You often go not where you are wanted (accepted) … but where you are needed. This is true of the “parish”—the Brethren. The saving comes in the walk, not in the entitled place of Religious citizenry.

For many are called, but few are chosen … Brethren. One does not enter the Spirit unless he is worthy in this walk. This is not saying a person is not trying to be an honest or decent person if he isn’t in the Spirit. People do try, at least some do, but man does not see what he does not see—he does not hear what he does not hear. What we are sharing here is the continuity found in that Christ love:

And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.

One does not allow misconduct to misdirect from {this}. One does not permit excuse after excuse for not trying. In this SPIRITUAL WELL there are no mandatory sacraments, no annulments, no absolutions, no purgatory … no vows of poverty … no educational degrees required—no titles …

But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren.

Denying the truth on this is dishonest. Man does not realize this, that it is not in agreement with what Christ teaches. And if man demands that another be of these academic or religious titles before he will believe one is either in the Spirit or of a Spiritual Gift … then he serves not only as a stumbling block for others, but he serves as his own stumbling block … as he buries Gift, denies truth … and continues in darkness. He refuses to see. This is a choice, priests. You cannot force this. It must come by way of the cross.

Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.

There is no purgatory, my friends. You are given but one life to choose … if you say you are a believer in the Holy Spirit. It is in this flesh, as stated “in the singleness of the heart” (this continuity) that Paul speaks—that Yeshua teaches. Man is instrument …

2 And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;

2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:

3 Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,

5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)

6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

7 That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

11 Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands;

12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:

13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.

14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;

15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;

16 And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:

17 And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh.

18 For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.

19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;

20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;

21 In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord:

22 In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.

Religion has awarded itself the honors of those words. This is dishonest. Religion is not Christ. Partiality is not Christ. Universalism is not Christ. Catholicism is not Christ. If it were, {He} would have said so. But He said:

9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

Do not allow yourselves and your Brethren to become victims to the wiles of man, including those who favor sacraments to the cross … or those creeds … oaths of poverty, coveting the robes and bishopric offices … These are webs, devices of the Religions of man to deter and to demean. God has never required this of the believer of Spirit. If there is chastising, it will be done on that road … and if instructed in love, there is movement as this is of the way … not sitting in declaration of the sins of thy neighbor.

Go out, priest, see what your parishioners are up to. They stand in judgement of the gay man. They stand in judgement of the divorced, the gnostic, the nonbeliever, the women … those not like them. God shows no partiality, priest! What have you been teaching your pew sitters? What Doctrines do you place before these that they  cannot see their own ignorance? YOU will be judged for your malpractice—you and your superiors will be held accountable for the diseases that persist in the world of Mankind—where the addictions fester and degrade Humanity. Are you paying into this hypocrisy?

Your purgatory doesn’t teach them responsibility to his fellow man. Your absolutions wipe the surface but do nothing for the stench of vile words. Would you even know if your parishioners are telling the truth in the confessional? You don’t even know your fellow vocational priests are abusing in the most despicable ways … or, do you? Is it your oath to look away from all of the unpleasantries that you might appear a favored brother? How much do you pay into the devil’s coffer to get your nails clean?

Don’t think we haven’t seen those hands and where these have been dipping.

My work is with the priests. I know this. I have known this for some time. I recall a few times where I thought I might be called to the vocational priesthood. Oh, no—please, no! I cried … without realizing that I was already a priest … You see, God’s ways are not man’s ways. Religion might try to force this differently, but the truth is:

But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren.

But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.

Some cringe when they hear people share this, and believe me … I can understand why. Some sit on thrones of Relgiopolitical partnering and shout obscene remarks—singing songs of hate. Ugh, these are not my work. These hate-mongerers will get their due. What I see is the priest having clocked a man in a frantic effort to stop a husband from beating up his wife. The priest did it the old-fashioned way? Maybe … but it worked. The abuser was knocked out—bam! No Doctrine required. No sacrament—no partiality—no claim of being of some special ability as a man in set Institution with all types of gimmicks claiming itself God to the masses. The mother and child were safe for the time being. I was informed of the incident minutes after it happened and was told by another priest, “Shhh … don’t tell anyone; it’ll go viral. “LET IT GO VIRAL! Priest Vince, my vote is on you, dear one! You are my kind of priest … Not because you used violence, but because you received the call and you responded in the least offensive way to stop an even greater indecency. You weren’t afraid to get your hands dirty with the kind of worth needed at that moment … otherwise, things could have gone horribly wrong. You did not look away. You did not deny that there was one in need. You responded with what was with you to respond—safely—responsibly.

Yep, the priest punched the murderous, abusive, drug addicted husband, and if I told you in which state this occurred … many of you would be shaking your heads. But there is a problem still. The wife goes back for more because she is a victim. Her abusive husband is a victim  … of his disease …  The priest is a victim because his hands are still tied.

The children are so small, but they are the biggest victims in this rotten scene .. and they have no way to call for help. They rely on their caretakers … but are these taking the necessary care to keep the children safe? Has SOCIETY in all its Religiondom and Political “correctness” seen to the needy—those in the greatest need?

Human trafficking is a lucrative BUSINESS. Who and what partakes in this vile sport?

From the article:

Canon law already does provide sanctions for bishops who are negligent in their duties, but the Vatican was never known to have meted out punishment for a bishop who covered up for an abuser.

After all these years—knowing of the abuse (centuries if you do your homework)—having admitted a cover-up—no Institution was acting in a care-filled and expedient way to stop the abuse, and hold those accountable for these crimes. There is SNAP and others working hard, but where within the larger, more powerful INSTITUTIONS OF OUR SOCIETIES are there steps being taken to garner that swift punch to knock out this devastating and corrupt disease?

Was the Roman Catholic Church called to this epic disease and the malpractice to demonstrate to the world that it moves to be a Christ Mission? But instead chose to deny and lie and continue in the old skins … because it favors Institution and not the wellness of Man—not knowing right from wrong, because it steeps in its own sadistic salutary drink? Is itself a victim—those ensconced within this—its own stumbling block, unable to act in a necessary manner? Yes … yes, yes. And that clock has run out on this organization of institutional bias and derelict deeds.

Priest, what do you serve?

Peace and Love—Aman

the doctrine/pope worshippers fill the news with their savior’s antics …

he has shown his desire and they deny the masses the TRUTH about what the Vatican is staging

they show their favoritism and their blindness

many of these are, of course, PAID to be where they are

people need to move away from the tired old ritual with all the added expense … and the lot of stiff, hot air 😉 … and move into the “greening” of centers for SPIRITUAL WELLNESS, and yes, running water is key to this

when I was commenting on the RNS articles a while back, the topic of small business was at hand and, of course, it centered on discrimination of gays. everyone who did not want to SERVICE the gay wedding was a bigot (according to those in favor of ssm), and was discriminating against those wanting ssm. we tried to show other examples to help the people see WHERE this could lead in the area of growing opinion for any business … but no one could see it. we wonder … do they see it now?
If a majority agrees to one opinion (a growing opinion)—the one not feeding those opinions becomes a minority and is the one pressured into leaving the area where he was establishing a business. our example was organic food—the small farmer/market in town selling ONLY food without pesticides, but the big landowners/farmers who don’t grow organic wants the market to sell his product (convenience-they want the fast growing method of using pesticides)… a product the locals want but don’t want to travel miles to get … majority rules … the farmer is forced to move out of the area because he won’t sell that product because of the pesticides … regardless of what the town demands

is he being discriminated against? no … but he is being pressured by the majority to do something against his beliefs

so now, as the world demonstrates that it can easily change the lives of people simply by claiming discrimination, or by claiming the majority wants _____ … there comes a new minority … and what we speak is not specific to gays or gay agendas, or those anti-ssm … what we speak has to do with beliefs. when people cry discrimination or persecution … there soon grows a majority and there becomes new minorities … that are often in need

children are a minority because they are small and without voice … but if all the time, attention and money goes to those claiming discrimination—persecution … what happens to the little guy, gay or not?

now, there was a method to my ‘madness’ when we posted on the RNS articles … the GREEN farmer … no pesticides …
should SPIRREALISM/SPIR become a SERVICE … people need to know that we cannot serve everyone. we subtly and with some humor tried to show how faith and belief is not a one size fits all … but the MAJORITY could not see this. this has nothing to do with bigotry or discrimination. it has to do with FAITH.

And when polygamy becomes the way for many … there will be those of one spouse both in the gay camp and …, saying … this is not good! many will see the pitfalls of being the Rubio having several houses (buying up a whole block?) because the multiple spouses in one house won’t agree on parenting methods for the children or how to run the house … and they will need room for the additional cars and the many kids and … people will be hollering about how this arrangement is bad for the environment (oh? wake up call for some?) … and that it is becoming a Religion (where have we seen that before?) demanding special policies and conditions, otherwise it is being discriminated against or persecuted and … and it will be like going back in time but with much more noise and a lot more people and their things and the Earth will cry out: ! Ay carumba!

fortunately, many will begin to understand the EARTH AND SEAS are of a necessity for Spiritual Wellness and hopefully our GOVERNMENTS will understand their petitions to curb the piggy cults … and I have have no qualms with State’s power in criminalizing EXCESS 😉

People do not realize the importance of purity for Spirit unition. Dishonest acts cannot house Spirit. Holy Spirit cannot be within what is of a substance impure—not virginal. This does not mean people cannot be inspired, or moved by the Holy Spirit … just means the use of being is limited if there is substance abuse or indecency —criminality … denial in this … willful ignorance …
That is why no man can claim their Eucharistic host as pure, or … the real deal 😉 This is not possible. No matter who handles Communion (man, woman … pope, priest … ). Spirit cannot ‘magically’ transform into something of the old mire—no matter what is said, claimed, constituted … by men wearing their partiality garments …

Man does not UNDERSTAND how Spirit operates.

House Bills 4188, 4189 and 4190 were passed Wednesday, March 18, 2015 by the Michigan House of Representatives. The bills allow adoption agencies with a religious background to refuse adoption placement to same-sex couples, unmarried couples, or couples with religious beliefs that are not the same as that agency.
They essentially discriminate against couples seeking adoption of a child through a religious-based adoption agency, polarizing those who seek adoption but do not share the same belief system of the agency.
A couple or family’s religious beliefs or sexual orientation does not matter when it comes to providing a safe and loving environment for a child needing one.

They essentially discriminate against couples seeking adoption of a child through a religious-based adoption agency …

hmmm … are you understanding this the way we are seeing it? It is BELIEFS that are of concern —yes? It works both ways—yes? how is teaching children bigotry and discrimination a safe and loving environment? Or how is allowing children to be raised believing girls/women are lesser than men a safe and loving environment by raising them in beliefs that tell women they can only do certain things? “No, you can never hold the position of priest!” Or … you are of a lesser substance … you aren’t wise or intelligent enough for ____ or ____. You must marry by age ___ and have ___ number of babies and stay covered and …

should government define a law that does not permit discrimination—any discrimination? We would rather see these adoption centers close down than have children raised thinking they are not of the gender for certain work.

or take the militant atheist … raising a child to hate believers in God/Spirit … ?

couples desiring to adopt, even individuals desiring to adopt — gay or not —may hold beliefs of misogyny or beliefs that women are somehow inferior—somehow lesser than a man … or a man lesser than a woman …

I have read some pretty nasty things by both sides of this debate—lesbians disliking males and gay men disliking females, and heterosexuals that are anti-gay … so … anyone can be of a belief that is unsafe and unloving

Anyhow, it seems there are some who want to pat the pope on the back for initiating (not) this Bishop TRibunal … Doyle, too is wary, skeptical that this tribunal will produce the necessary results.

can’t afford to wrap them in silk anymore? wine and dine them? allow them lavish residences? or have they spent their wad on things skeptical?

In a statement, Anne Barrett Doyle, co-director of the online abuse resource, said Finn’s resignation was a welcome step but called on Francis to publicly say that he was removed for mismanaging the Ratigan case and failing to protect children.

She noted that bishops had been allowed to resign under the past two popes but that the Vatican has never publicly linked their resignations to mishandling abuse cases.

“We urge Pope Francis to issue such a statement immediately. That would be unprecedented, and it would send a bracing message to bishops and religious superiors worldwide that a new era has begun,” she said.

Finn, who apologized for Ratigan’s abuse and took measures to make the diocese safe for children, remains the highest-ranking U.S. church official to be convicted of failing to take action in response to abuse allegations.

Even Francis’ top sex abuse adviser, Cardinal Sean O’Malley, had said publicly last year that Francis needs to “urgently” address Finn’s case, though he later stressed that Finn deserved due process and must be spared “crowd-based condemnations.”

The Vatican last fall sent a Canadian archbishop to Finn’s diocese as part of an investigation of his leadership. But until Tuesday, there had been no word about what the pope would do.

In a statement issued by the diocese, Finn said it had been an “honor and joy for me to serve here among so many good people of faith.”

Francis tapped Archbishop Joseph Nauman to lead the diocese temporarily until a new bishop is named.

Barbara Blaine, president of the Survivors Network of Those Abused by Priests, a support and advocacy group for victims, said in a statement that she suspected that the new panel “won’t make a difference” because it relies on church officials to judge other church officials. She said that a more effective move would be for the church to support the reform of secular laws to strengthen the prosecution of those responsible for abuse.

Voice of the Faithful, a church reform movement first created to respond to the abuse scandal, said, “These steps are the most promising the Vatican has yet taken.” Terence McKiernan, president of, a Boston-based group that documents cases of sexual abuse by priests, called the development encouraging because it “provides a structure, personnel, a budget and a brief for actually acting.”

In the United States, where the church has been struggling with the question of sexual abuse by members of the clergy since the first case of serial abuse became public in Louisiana in the 1980s, the problem remains far from resolved.

Last year, there were 37 allegations of sexual abuse made to the church by those who were currently minors, and another 600 “historical allegations” made by those who are older, said Francesco C. Cesareo, chairman of the United States bishops conference’s National Review Board on sexual abuse, in his report to the bishops on Wednesday. Six of the current allegations made last year were substantiated, and other cases were still open, he said.

look back over the history of man … believer-nonbeliever … there were always people signaling something on the horizon. people did not always understand … they often denied … such is their condition …

the pope and his tribunal will not get the chance to drag its feet or do much in this ‘performance’ …
what comes will blow it clean off the slate …

was just thinking … with all the drugs available on the market … it won’t be long before there will be drugs to help/make you desire man … or woman …
if you wish to be gay … or not gay … a drug will be there to promote or demote

and no desire for either …

who will know what is real or manufactured? then again, wasn’t DOCTRINE manufacturing something anyway?

people of one group will say, hey, you’re not really gay! and those of another group will say, hey, you’re not really heterosexual! and man will look into the personal archives and see what he has been feeding on ….

There will be many with visions claiming knowledge … (more like hallucinations 😦 … ) ——-

      • opheliart permalink

this is why there will be a need for understanding the GIFTS of the Spirit … the ability to discern and know what a person is …
remember, drugs can be an extreme departure from the Reality of Truth—God.

      • opheliart permalink

people will be confused about who or what they are engaging in a relationship with … they will ask questions like: will he love me tomorrow … if he stops taking his drugs? … or, will she love me tomorrow … if she decides to take those drugs?

***and those entering marriages with people who are not being TRUTHFUL about who/what they are might end up the depressed, lonely, lost … sabotaged, used, abused … having made bad or inappropriate choices along the way that have wounded others …

        tis a shame …

I know of people having entered marriage (or so they claim—and paraded to the world a lie) … only to find out the person was not TRUTHFUL … that he/she was not what he/she thought … then things went seriously downhill from there … 😦

The drug will be like putting on an outfit … the youth will say, hey, the big party over at ___’s place next month … let’s all go gay … let’s all go heterosexual …
And marriages will be like bonnets … seasonal, or … have a spouse-type for each season

and those having been married for 25 years through thick and thin but with RESPECT and CARE … with ATTENTION TO THE CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN … will shake their heads, knowing that this is not the way to raise children for a SOCIETY needing honesty and fair and just practices—FOR THE HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF ALL. It will be too easy to break commitments —we have all seen how BELIEVERS AND NONBELIEVERS OF ALL CREEDS AND OATHS have done this … broken their agreements, worked dishonestly behind the backs of others, denied the truth when asked, hide behind false marriages … yep … and who taught them that this is acceptable? did the priests, in their selfishness push the false agendas to serve their own pleasures? hmm … and those having lied and denied and broken honest and profound agreements—WHAT DO THEY THINK THEY WILL GAIN FROM THIS? In the end, we can safely say— 0.

    On the Papal Tribunal

    Ray Mouton

    USA, June 10, 2015

[Ray Mouton is the author of the celebrated novel In God’s House. He is also a co-author of the celebrated report offered to the bishops in 1985 and subsequently ignored by them. This report not only recommended but urged the bishops to take several concrete steps lest they face disastrous consequences in the future. They ignored the report, refused to take any steps and suffered the consequences predicted. Ray Mouton was in the middle of the volcano when it exploded.]

This is the biggest non-story in the history of the clergy child sex abuse scandal.

Read the headline and then read the whole story.

The headline proclaims that Pope Francis has created an abuse tribunal for cases of bishop’s negligence.

First, it should be noted a bishop does not “negligently” cover up heinous crimes committed by priests against innocent children. A bishop’s actions in covering up crimes are “intentional” actions, not “negligent” actions.

The body of the article that explains the headline is inaccurate.

The pope has authorized the formation of a tribunal. No tribunal has been formed.

Much more importantly, the tribunal to be formed has been given no substantive guidelines to be employed in reviewing a case of any bishop or how the case would be brought before the tribunal or what kind of punishment would be authorized by the tribunal.

The formation of the tribunal was a recommendation of the Vatican commission on child protection, the group studying clergy sex abuse.

The man the pope selected to head the commission, Cardinal Sean O’Malley, who is the pope’s roommate in the papal apartment when he is in Rome is himself a bishop who has for over ten years refused to divulge the identity of a number of priests in Boston against whom credible abuse complaints were brought, and thus one wonders whether this close friend of the pope should be a bishop in line to receive punitive measures like removal from office.

If one goes to @ one will access on this website the names of 114 American bishops who are guilty of covering up clergy sex abuse and the note of documentary proof that exists for each bishop’s lapses.

Priests sexually abuse children and Bishops are equally guilty in that they enable and empower the criminal clerics and cover up their crimes.

In monitoring the crisis and scandal for over 30 years all over the world I am only convinced of the innocence of two bishops worldwide.

Yes, almost every bishop at some point in his ecclesiastical career has either been guilty or had guilty knowledge of the cover up of clergy sex abuse crimes.

The very pool of men available for appointment to this Vatican tribunal, if they are to come from Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith as this article implies, will be coming from the very office that has had all authority and responsibility for clergy sex abuse from the beginning and has been the Vatican office that covered up crimes at the highest level of the Roman Catholic Church.

Not once, not a single time, has the Vatican acted to discipline a bishop for mishandling cases of clergy sex abuse, and with the coming appointment of this tribunal, there is not even a hit about what powers the tribunal may have to mete out discipline, if any, against a bishop.

Already, it seems the Vatican is doing what it does best, back peddling from a broad pronouncement as, according to this article, they are thinking about instituting a Vatican Statute of Limitations, forgiving bishops who covered up crimes past a certain artificial time barrier – five years? ten years? fifteen years? twenty years? thirty years?

This notion of allowing bishops to escape discipline simply because their proven actions occurred in the past is repugnant and flies into the face of common decency, common sense, every moral and ethical standard known to man, and violates the teachings and examples of Christ’s life from which the institution claims its moral authority.

Is it not bad enough that secular law, man’s law, prohibits prosecution of a priest who has raped an innocent child if the rape happened in the past, a time beyond the statute of limitations.

In the Bible at Luke 17:2 is states one is better to have a stone tied around his neck and be tossed in the sea than harm the souls of the little ones.

In Christ’s teachings, in God’s law, in the true spirit of what the Roman Catholic Church purports to embrace in regard to what is just, each person, even bishops and other members of the hierarchy are to be held accountable for their actions that have harmed the little ones, the innocents, without any regard to time limitations.

The damage done to victims of child abuse never expires, their suffering never ends. There is no magic date when the wounds heal over. It does not happen.

The consequences of the actions of members of the church hierarchy that contributed to the damage or destruction of children caused by the intentional or negligent actions of bishops, archbishops, or cardinals should never expire either.

These are crimes against humanity that are involved and the international standard of justice established in Germany in the 1940’s does not allow any statue of limitations on such crimes. Today, their are men in the nineties on trial in Germany, and very old men are on trial in Cambodia as well, for the world recognizes there such never be any law, regulation or procedure to protect men guilty of crimes against humanity.

The article below correctly points out that in the view of leaders of organizations like SNAP and their director, David Clohessy, and administrators of Bishops Accountability.Org. referenced above, that this may be a possible positive development, but only time will tell whether this amounts to adding more bureaucracy in the Vatican to paper over matters relating to clergy sex abuse in an attempt to placate the world with yet another grand PR move, i.e. having a tribunal drag its feet for years, even decades, without acting punitively against bishops in a matter commensurate with their crimes against children.

Pope Francis’ commission should have recommended a body of articles to the pope that clearly addressed how these cases were to be brought before the tribunal, what evidentiary procedures the tribunal would adhere to, what punitive measures would or could be instituted against bishops by the tribunal, and the pope should have sent this body of work as his charge and selected and installed the commission forthwith.

One thing is certain. There are organizations like SNAP and Bishop-Accountability.Org. who have the documentary proof in their hands that proves hundreds of bishops, archbishops and cardinals in the United States, Canada, Ireland, Australia, Germany, Poland, Austria, Belgium, England, Scotland, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, France, Switzerland, Mexico and all Latin American countries, Scandinavian countries, Malta, Puerto Rico, and other countries are bishops, archbishops, and cardinals have committed actions that should cause their removal from not only their positions, but also the priesthood.

When the tribunal is formed it should immediately make a call to any and all persons having evidence relating to bishops mishandling abuse cases to come forward and present their evidence.

For example, a cursory examination of court documents in Milwaukee, Wisconsin provides evidence that the most prominent American prelate, Cardinal Timothy Dolan of New York, while acting as Archbishop of Milwaukee not only transferred over $50 million dollars (with Vatican approval) from the archdiocesan general fund to a specially newly created “Cemetery Maintenance Trust Fund” in order to deprive victims of those funds in bankruptcy proceedings, but he also dealt with priests guilty of child sex abuse by handing them $20,000 (a bonus? a severance package?) and advising them to leave the legal jurisdiction.

Cardinal Dolan admits he did these things (he cannot deny these things as the pertinent documents in the court record bear his signature).

Cardinal Dolan is obviously a bishop who deserves the strongest possible punishment.

Cardinal Dolan is also one who bragged following the election of Pope Francis that he had sat with him for every meal during the conclave.

Will this Vatican tribunal act punitively toward Cardinal Dolan? It will snow in Rome in August before something like this happens.

This headline grabbing story is not only sinister. It is also sad, for it is providing victims around the world with hope that the men who are really responsible for this child sex abuse crisis and scandal will be punished, and in all probability that’s not going to happen as in all probability the tribunal “investigations” of bishops, archbishops and cardinals will last years until the wrongdoers are retired and then the tribunal will give them a pass.

One of the worst abusers in history, Father Marcial Maciel Degollado, founder of the infamous Legion Of Christ, had written complaints on record dating back to 1945 but was only told by Pope Benedict XVI to live the rest of his life (in luxurious surroundings) privately in prayer and penance.

Cardinal Roger Mahony Los Angeles when his archdiocese paid out over $660 million in settlements that represented the wholesale rape of girls and boys on his watch, received only a perfunctory tap on the wrist by his successor, so obviously a PR move that it was laughable. Yet documents released by a court showed he had personally directed a conspiracy to obstruct justice dating to the 1980’s.

The Vatican’s idea of punishment is a great odds with the ideas of victims, the United Nations that has twice condemned the Vatican following long investigations of worldwide clergy abuse, and Amnesty International that placed the Vatican on the list of countries guilty of crimes against humanity.

The only really positive thing about this story is that it reinforces that possibly that a page may finally be slowly turning as even the church’s focus like that of victims, their lawyers, prosecutors and press, is where it should have been from the first day over 30 years ago – on the hierarchy who covered up and facilitated crimes.

This does not in any way signal and end of this crisis and scandal, but rather the true beginning, the first chapter, for it has taken 30 long years of untiring commitment of thousands of people to bring this to a point where those responsible may be made accountable in some way.

so … the babies speak through DNA tests and NATIONS where women are less than men — where they are used for breeding to ensure the numbers for certain political/religious sects— where they are used for sport and lust — are squirming? and those peacekeepers felt themselves full of peace keeping intent? watch the movie THE WHISTLEBLOWER!

and then there is this …

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE MEN?!!! and where would anyone get the idea in their sick minds that this is an appropriate thing to do to children—STARVING CHILDREN!

these men should be thoroughly investigated and put into a pen all together … yes, no contact with anyone but their own … fed on very SPARSE military rations until they begin to understand they have no freedoms but with their own kind … then maybe they will begin to understand the nature of their crimes.

why their own kind? think about it …

EXCERPT: For five months, an unknown number of people in the French forces, sent to protect civilians from the violence tearing the country apart, forced boys to perform oral sex on them, according to testimonies collected by the United Nations. The boys, aged 9 to 15, said they had sometimes been lured with the promise of military rations.

Now, nearly a year after the allegations came to light, no one has been charged, let alone punished.

Instead, the allegations and the aftermath have highlighted an abiding problem of international peacekeeping: How can foreign forces be held accountable when those who are sent to protect civilians in war zones end up grievously hurting them instead?

U.N. Official Accuses France of Delays in Child Sexual Abuse CaseMAY 8, 2015
World Briefing: France Opens Criminal Inquiry Into Charges of Abuse by Peacekeepers in AfricaMAY 7, 2015
Whether peacekeepers serve the United Nations or are under their own national commanders — as in the case of the French troops in Bangui — it is ultimately up to the soldiers’ home countries to investigate and prosecute such cases.

The United Nations does not have the legal authority to prosecute or punish a country’s soldiers, even when they are serving under the banner of the United Nations.

France has announced an official investigation into the accusations against its troops. But in many instances, including cases of sexual abuse allegations against peacekeepers on United Nations missions, some countries do not respond to queries from United Nations headquarters at all about how — or whether — they investigate their soldiers abroad, according to a recent internal audit obtained by The New York Times.

Beyond that, when countries do decide to punish their troops, the sanctions vary widely.

how does this sound? remain quiet on these obscenities and things are going to get a hell of a lot worse …

Perhaps equally surprising, United Nations officials customarily keep quiet about the issue. Averse to reporting anything that may embarrass nations that contribute troops to peacekeeping missions, they refrain from saying publicly how those countries deal with sexual abuse suspects in their ranks.
